Shipping Policy

We always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Please allow an average of 48–72 hours for order processing. Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to fraud review or stock availability. For buyer protection, all orders are subject to review, including credit card authorization and PayPal verification. If your shipping information does not match your billing information, processing may take longer. In cases of production delays, items may be canceled or shipped later—we will notify you if this occurs.


Order Processing Time (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • General orders: 48–72 hours

  • Handcrafted or made-to-order items: 5–14 business days

  • E-check payments: 3–5 business days (until cleared)

  • Back-ordered items: If an item is out of stock, we may cancel it or ship it separately once available. We kindly ask for your understanding in such cases. Back-ordered items will be shipped via Standard Air Parcel at no extra charge.

  • Standard Air Parcel
    Asia: 5–10 business days
    Oceania / North America / Europe: 10–15 business days
    Other regions: 10–25 business days

  • Expedited Shipping Service
    3–8 business days worldwide

Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, postal congestion, or local delivery conditions.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your name and shipping address match the information on your payment account. If the shipping information differs, we will ship to the address provided at checkout. Any issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information are the buyer’s responsibility.

If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance.


Missed Delivery

If you are absent during delivery, the carrier may either leave your package at the address or leave a notice for pick-up/reschedule. If the package is not claimed within the indicated time, it may be returned or disposed of. Buyers are responsible for all related charges and penalties.


Customs Duties & Taxes

Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are a standard part of international shopping.

If you refuse to accept your package because of customs duties or taxes, it may either be returned to us or destroyed by Customs.

  • In the case of return: the original shipping fee, the return shipping fee, and any additional penalties will be deducted. This may result in little or no refund being issued.

  • In the case of destruction: no refund will be possible.

We kindly ask for your understanding that customs duties and taxes are outside our control and remain the buyer’s responsibility.


Shipping Rates & Restrictions

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight/volume and destination of your order. We ship via Standard Air or Expedited Service, but some countries are limited to Expedited Service only due to customs delays or frequent package loss.

To minimize shipping problems, we only ship packages under 20 kg (44 lbs). Orders exceeding this weight will be split into multiple shipments.
