At ARUMIZ, it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. We do our best to provide products you’ll love, but if for any reason your order doesn’t fully meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange. We are here to guide you through the process clearly and fairly.

Contact us at support@arumiz.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Submit your request for approval and ask us for a return form.
Once approved, print and complete the form and include it inside your return package.
Please indicate clearly whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange (different size, color, or item).
Ship your return package within 3 business days after receiving approval.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your package and proceed with your request.
The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the item is defective.
Return shipping costs for both refunds and exchanges are your responsibility.
All refunds will be processed to your original form of payment, or store credit may be offered once we receive your return.
Please mark your return package as “gift” and “used clothes” and declare the value under $50 USD. Do not ship by Surface mail — only Air Mail is accepted.
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
Whenever possible, please use the original shipping box and packaging.
For shoes, please return them in the same or similar protective shoe box. Any damage may result in a penalty charge.
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please provide photo verification when submitting your return request. Once authorized as defective, you will receive a full refund including return shipping costs.
You are not eligible for return or exchange in the following cases:
If the return request is not submitted within 14 days of receipt or the package is not shipped within 3 business days of approval.
If the return process described above is not followed.
If the item has been previously exchanged (second returns are not accepted).
Handcrafted shoes (made-to-order) are not refundable or exchangeable. Even ready-made shoes cannot be returned or exchanged if they show deep creases on the front.
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
Items that are damaged or heavily used due to causes attributable to the customer.
Items that have significantly depreciated in value due to partial or heavy use.
Please note that if a return package is lost or damaged during shipping, the responsibility rests with the sender. We recommend packing securely and using a reliable shipping method.
